Q: How Do I Find Real Business Problems & AI Automation Clients?
I'm currently learning AI automation and AI agents, and I want to start building workflows that solve real business problems before I begin reaching out to potential clients. So, I have two questions: (1) How can I find real business problems to solve? I want to discover genuine problems that small businesses are facing and identify which of those problems can be solved with AI automation or AI agents. Once I identify these problems, I want to research and understand them properly and then build practice workflows that solve them. Where can I find real business problems and learn about the challenges businesses are actually facing? ————— (2) How can I find the right small businesses to reach out to? I want to target small businesses in the USA that have a genuine need for AI automation or AI agents and could potentially benefit from my services. Where can I find these businesses, and how can I identify which ones have problems that I can actually solve with the workflows I build? I’d really appreciate any advice, resources, or practical methods you've used to find both real business problems and potential clients.

@Duncan Rogoff Thanks, dear. Hmm... good question. I want to target three niches: 1. Small e-commerce stores 2. Coaches, consultants, and course creators 3. Small digital marketing agencies What are your thoughts or suggestions about this?

@Duncan Rogoff Thanks! The niche that seems like the best fit for me is e-commerce stores. Do you have any suggestions for how I can better work with this niche?
Learning: Entitlement (n8n)
What is Entitlement in n8n, and why does it matter? In n8n, an entitlement is a permission that gives an n8n instance access to a plan-restricted feature for a specific period of time. A floating entitlement can be reassigned between different n8n instances. ————— [Example] A company runs several n8n instances for different teams. Its plan includes access to a premium feature, but that feature requires an entitlement to be assigned to an n8n instance. The company has 3 floating entitlements. Think of each entitlement as a permission pass that allows an n8n instance to use the premium feature included in the company's plan. The company assigns the 3 entitlements to its most important n8n instances. Those instances can now use the premium feature because they have the required permission. Later, one instance no longer needs the premium feature, while another instance does. The company reassigns the floating entitlement from the old instance to the new one. The company doesn't need to add another entitlement. It can simply reassign an existing floating entitlement from one n8n instance to another. This flexibility is what makes it a floating entitlement.

@Usman Ali Thanks, dear.
Learning: Editor (n8n)
What is the n8n editor and what can you do with it? The n8n Editor is the main interface where you build and manage workflows. The main area, called the Canvas, is where you add, configure, and connect nodes. The Editor also provides access to tools and settings for managing workflows, credentials, data, and executions.

@Chetan Mishra I'm doing both and sharing what I learn with others to help them learn as well.
Want to see what successful AI agencies are selling in 2026?
At Morningside, we don't sell AI. Strange thing to say when we've worked with Aston Martin, NBA teams and publicly traded companies implementing it. But businesses don't care about the latest AI tool you found. They care about ROI. Over the last few weeks I've shown you different ways to get clients - including walking into a business and booking a meeting in under 20 minutes. Which creates the next question: What do you actually sell once you get the meeting? Next week we're pulling back the curtain on what we're seeing AI agencies sell in 2026. Completely free. Four years of running Morningside, plus what we're seeing across 7,150+ agency owners inside the Accelerator. What businesses are buying. What's working right now. Where we believe the opportunity goes next, based on the data we have. We're doing things different for this event: 1. This is the only post I'm making about it. This will be the last post about it. 2. I'm capping the session at 1,000 people. We usually get 6,000+ registrations. If you want a spot, move fast. Registrations are now open. 6:00pm EDT, Wednesday 23rd September. GRAB YOUR SPOT → https://live.aaaaccelerator.com/us First 1,000 in, then we close it.

I've grabbed the ticket and marked my calendar already. Thanks for organizing these valuable live sessions for us!
What is data pinning in n8n, and why use it?
Data pinning in n8n is a feature that lets you save a node's output and reuse the same data while developing and testing a workflow, instead of fetching new data each time. Pinned data is only used during development; production executions use fresh data.
