One thing that’s really clicking for me is the power of engagement inside a community. It’s not just about posting content or lessons, it’s about getting people involved. Asking questions. Prompting reflections. Encouraging members to share what they learned after a module instead of just consuming and moving on. Seeing this in action here made me realize I want to use my classroom the same way. Simple prompts like: - “What did you take away from this?” - “What clicked for you?” - “How will you apply this?” I can already see how that helps members learn better and helps me understand what’s landing, what’s not, and how to improve the experience. Still learning, but this has been a big lightbulb moment for me 💡

I never had one clear answer like “doctor” or “firefighter.” But I did always know one thing… I wanted to be in business. I didn’t even fully understand what that meant back then. I just thought the idea of building something, making decisions, and creating my own path was cool. Looking back, that curiosity never really left. It just evolved. Still learning. Still building. Hey everyone, I'm Rose... I've been watching the conversation from my little corner. It looks pretty cozy here, thought I'd say hi. Favorite color... is the color of piece of pottery my kid made in high school, it's kind of a burgundy rose - not dark but not pink Pokemon... don't hate me, I just not much of a pokemon person. But I have a teddy bear named George - is that a good enough substitute for a pokemon? Skool struggle right now... I think it's just overthinking. I've created my community but then started questioning my ideas once I got the basics done.
