Agent Rules?
have you written structured rules for your agents? interested in seeing what I may be missing, though this has greatly cut down on re-explaining and re-working. (not actual pipeline stages, parallel execution routes based on needs in each new session)

@Martin McCoy are you on 5x or 20x?
I’ve created folder structures. What’s next?
Laying this out for discussion. I created folders and structures for a content creation project - churn out a reel every week. What do we do after this? Do we just run the folders under claude co-work/code to churn out the results? I’m assuming this doesn’t require coding any scripts. And when does PRD come in? Purely for coding projects? And how does it interact with the folder structures?

Built my foundation ICM, this is next phase development. I'm not seeing any lessons on adding python or scripts, are there any in classroom?

@Adrian Chen nice!
Second Brain 🧠?
Apologies if this topic has already been covered. My thought was to have Jake’s folder structure as my main Ai Operating System and then have a wiki or second brain where I can dump thoughts, ideas, past decisions, mistakes, lessons etc. Combining Jake and Karpathys concepts into one. The second brain knowledge base would be called on when needed for tasks that I call within the folder structure. Bear with me if I’ve gotten some concepts or terms wrong - still learning lots about all of this stuff 😳🤯 Does this make sense or am I missing something important here?

@Kevin Alldread I solved that with turborepo architecture and Jake’s context/claude files. A little schema goes a long way…

@Kevin Alldread I use it alongside Antigravity, I like the interface better for md files and search / graph traversal. Agents write to notes, changelog and dashboard each session so I can use more credits on planning and development.
ICM remote context collaboration
I'm building a multi-contributor project with three workspaces — writing, visual/creative, and business/marketing. Each contributor will have their own ICM workspace. I want shared global context files — character profiles, world-building, backstory, business overview — that sit above all three workspaces and feed into each one consistently. Two questions: 1. Can a workspace's CONTEXT.md reference markdown files that live outside its own folder — upstream in a parent directory? 2. Has anyone structured a shared GitHub repo where global files live at the root and individual workspaces pull from them? How did you handle keeping global files canonical when multiple contributors are updating their workspaces? I'm not sure how to go about this.. I'm definitely green around the edges 🌱 Thank you kindly!

@Nate Oliver ICM is free on Jake’s GitHub and includes workspace-builder. You would use root CLAUDE as a router to individual workspaces.
Spam? Scam?
I received a link to verify and had to enter credit card details? Is that a scam?
