it kind of depends on whats natural to you and your brand. I've collaborated with organizations getting breakfast programs started, putting together fashion expos, and also community integration for recycling upstarts. You may create connections outside of music that can aid you on your journey within music by providing value where you can to things that move you 💯

AI - Helpful or Harmful?
With so much news buzzing around AI, I wanted to pose this question to the network to your views on this matter. I've seen AI mimic artists voices (musically) and also seen AI build itself on the backs of visual artists who have honed their skills for years as well. On the flip side, innovations like Chat GPT seem to give those with a marketing mindset another tool in the arsenal. I experimented with developing an outline for a social media growth as an independent artist using Chat GPT and it was eerily similar to a lot of things I'd already put in place, however I do believe with continued optimization, Chat GPT will provide even more usefulness on this front. What do you guys think; and can you think of any innovative ways we could all be utilizing AI for our benefit as independent artists and marketers?

@Rhyval Anthony I agree, the tools will only be as creative and effective as the minds utilizing them fasho. I saw one of Sean and Kohrey's interviews talking about how this artist used it to simulate a cosign from Ice Spice and built a campaign around it that took him from 1k followers to about 7k. Innovative uses or any uses outside the box could potentially create the growth we as indie artists are looking for

@Tracy Lamont thats an interesting take i aint gon lie, esp with so many voices looking at the flipside, hhow it could wipe out those very characteristics. Im more so of the mind that the human essence can be mimicked but will never be the real thing, we gotta figure out how to utilize AI to enhance our natural gifts and characteristics, so im right with you on the ways the software game could go in the near future. We already seeing some mastering plug ins with AI that can tonally match your songs in relation to reference material

@Jean Paul what aspects of your songwriting are you trying to improve upon? I like to focus on my Melodies and drip lyrics down from there, that way the lyrics are born from the feeling I was resonating on initially

I struggle with self doubt from time to time as well, when i start to feel down I like to listen to speakers like Les Brown to help get me out of that mood and remind me that I am greater than my circumstances might suggest. Tough times won't last forever, keep pushing forward knowing you're walking your chosen path 💯💯💯

@Cierra Jo I concur, you gotta get as many reps in as possible, even if that means practicing mentally while you at the day job, I also envison myself succeeding at the event the whole prior week! I envision how the crowd will react at diff parts of the show and train myself to be ready for the moment 💯
