I Did A Thing
I'm proud of myself and excited. It's been a minute that I've been away from most music things and on here but I received the master to my newest song and submitted the copyright for it! I went from releasing at least a single per year to - silence. It just wasn't in my heart so this is a big accomplishment and little weight off my chest that I didn't realize it would be. So I just wanted to share and see if anyone else has done something to feel the same recently! What have you done lately that made you feel a bit more accomplished? Oh yeah, and HEY🤗😂

Business Bank Account
Hey yall! I hope guys hitting your goals for the year! I just started my LLC and I'm looking to start a business bank account. I was going to use a traditional bank like chase but found out about this fintech bank, nerve.io, that is really catered to musicians. https://online.berklee.edu/takenote/best-bank-for-musicians-a-search-that-requires-nerve/ Has any one ever heard about it or used it? What banks are yall using theses days? I'm open to any recommendations. Thanks!

I haven't heard about them but anything you find, it's definitely good to ask around and look into. I have used an online only bank before and initially was good but they locked me out of my account after a while. Thankfully, I had my business PayPal linked to it and was able to take money out. Needless to say, I prefer a bank I can physically access. (don't play with my money lol). But if it looks good and you are going to do it, I say make sure you have a physical copy of all your account info and learn all the ways you can access your money.

I see how much I naturally vibe with it and if there is anything that distracts me in the song. Coming up with sounds, I try to think about the feeling I want it to give and decide on instruments, etc from there. Lots of times, I just start with the voice and build from there. It gives my ear and mind a good framework to build on and around.

@Djoo Rain that too but no, I mean literally playing around with my voice in real time according to how I feel or some external prompt like an instrumental, feeling, something out the window a movie, etc.
