Pitch a video question ✨
Have a question about PCOS, metabolic health, cholesterol, or body love that you’d love answered in a video? Drop it here 👇 What works best: - Topics you’re confused about - PCOS/metabolic health/blood sugar/diet/cholesterol things you’ve seen online - Questions you’d love explained in simple terms - Things you wish doctors would explain more clearly What’s off-limits (to keep this safe & clear): - No personal or individualized medical questions - No requests for lab interpretations or supplement prescriptions - No posting your labs, meds, supplements Here’s how it works: 1. Add your question to this thread. 2. Upvote the ones you’d also love to hear about. 3. From time to time, I’ll choose questions that seem most helpful for the community and create a YouTube or IG video to unpack them. 💛 Think of it as a bonus gift, not a guarantee. If your question gets chosen, I’ll tag you when the video is live. What PCOS indicators are also indicators of Cushings? And how do you identify if that is something that should be looked into by your personal medical professional?

Hi! I’m Hannah. I’m a preschool teacher/daycare provider in the U.S. I was recently formally diagnosed with PCOS, but have suspected it for awhile now. I’m about 2yrs TTC and I’m hoping some well informed lifestyle changes might help me with that! I love reading and spending time with my husband and pets. I have different music for every mood so no one favorite.
