Hey Dan, when your output has been higher than your recovery for too long, burnout steps in to protect you. It’s your nervous system shifting into survival mode after being pushed beyond its emotional, physical, or mental limits. It doesn’t happen overnight, It will build quietly through chronic stress, poor recovery, constant pressure, and a life that never switches off. @Dan Mowinski My pleasure, it sounds like you are super dialed in, my only advice would be although you are focused on the goal make sure it doesn't come at the expense of your family. You don't want to wake up in 5 years and they aren't around because you worked so hard

One of the best ways to avoid this? Prep your food for the day. When you bring nutritious, whole foods with you, you’re not at the mercy of convenience or fast-food cravings. You stay fuelled, steady, and clear-headed. Small upgrades in your nutrition and a little prep lead to massive upgrades in how you feel. Hands up who struggles with food prep but knows they should find the time to do it more often? 🙋🏾‍♀️

Great observations Mark, yes the macro counting is definitely a big one for someone looking to lose weight and get into great shape it’s a proven method to get results although I am also a big believer in the whole food diet and not counting macros. It’s the refined carbs, sugar and processed foods that we eat that stop us getting into great physical shape in my opinion which then leads to a positive mental state. When we eat real food 100% of the time it changes everything. I also agree that discipline is the key during client outings. We have to find the healthiest option on the menu and stick with it and avoid the temptation to drink 🍷 🍺 Easier said than done

🏆 Client Win 🏆
I had a client come to me 3 weeks ago in a major state of burnout, anxiety and panic disorder! Self confessed 8/10 burnout, 7/10 anxiety, 6/10 panic in our pre call discovery. I officially started working with them on Monday December 1st and I put them through a 4 day intensive to get them back on track and into a good place before Christmas. I worked with this client 1 on 1 online for 4 straight days (1 hour sessions) and the positive change that was created in just 4 days was honestly unbelievable! We discovered and addressed 8 specific things that I could see were impacting their burnout and anxiety but the client couldn't see it. When I pointed them out in alignment with my unique Forgiveness Window™ framework the penny dropped and I watched a masterclass transformation occur. After a check-in this morning we reassessed their ratings and here are the results: BURNOUT 4/10 ANXIETY 4/10 PANIC DISORDER 0/10 We created these results naturally without medication and we did this in just over 2 weeks but to be honest we actually created these results alot sooner, I just wanted to make sure my client could maintain their progress and commitment without me.
