Google Ads Conversions are WAY off
I have never seen this one before. The conversion tracking is WAY off in this account! It is saying 300+ conversions on 222 clicks (how is that even possible) - we have backend tracking setup on it and see 108 calls/lead forms have come through in this 7-day time. I tried Google Ads Tech Support they said it needs to be elevated to a certain team and they cannot get to me until Feb 5th 😮‍💨🤯 that would mean $5K+ spent in the account between now and then. Does anyone in the group have any idea what is going on or how to fix it? Or have anyone on Fiverr that is good with conversion tracking issues they recommend? Or know a Google Tech Support number that is not in India that will take 6 days to get the appointment with?!?!

You can also get inflated conversions, from micro-conversions, such as session duration or scrolls that are being counted.

Wonder how you guys go about tracking phone calls from ads? Using the existing company phone number on the landing page has provided terrible/inconsistent data. Customers always say they just used Google so asking them has been unhelpful. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

I have the setup that Mushfiq mentions for a couple of lower paying accounts. The rest have a callrail integration. This puts a minimum of 4 numbers on the website, called a pool, that can show on your site depending on the location and user. Connecting it to ads allows it to create its own conversion action for you and measure those calls, including those that clicked an ad but didn't call until much later. You choose the length of time for it to "remember" the user's cookie in the callrail setup.
Competitor Information
Does anyone have a tool they use to track competitor keywords for Paid? I haven't found a tool that has reliable data for paid. One of our clients just got an email from an an agency saying they could provide an audit of the keywords our competitors were out ranking us for in Paid and I am just wondering if I am missing something or how they are doing this.

I know Woorank has that option once you put in the competitors. If you check your insights tab, you can see top advertisers you are competing with as well as new ones entering the market.
No clicks
I've had an account that I may have been making too many changes. This is for a plumbing campaign where there is a LOT of rubbish/non converting keywords. The search terms now I have are brilliant but I'm getting hardly any clicks and impressions. Just yesterday we only had 63 impressions ($200/day ad budget) and no clicks. Had a look at the search impression share and we had 50% of the search impression share? Does this mean we ran out of impressions to even show or have I not been patient enough and let Google do its thing..

This happens to me too because my cpc's are high and I work hard to make sure that search terms are on point by using mostly exact match keywords. So I believe the loss in impression share is because of the restricted keyword list, but I'm not sure.
