🌎 OPM Roll Call — Where Are You Building From?
One of the coolest things about this community is that we’ve got people building businesses from all over the place. So let’s see where everyone is tuning in from today 👇 Drop your City + State (or Country) in the comments. Example:North Carolina, USALondon, UKToronto, Canada Then take a minute to scroll through the comments and see who might be near you — or at least in the same part of the world. You never know who might be building right in your backyard. If you see someone from your area, say hello or tag them. Let’s map out the OPM community tonight. 🗺️

Let’s Test Something… (Community Engagement Experiment)
I want to show you something important about running a community. Most people think engagement happens because: • You post amazing content • You write long posts • You create beautiful graphics But the truth is… Engagement usually starts with ONE simple prompt. So let’s test it right now. Drop ONE emoji below that describes where you are in your business right now. 💡 = I have an idea but haven’t started 🛠️ = I’m building something right now 🚀 = I’ve launched something already 🔥 = I’m making sales 🤯 = I feel overwhelmed and stuck No long explanation needed. Just the emoji. Now here’s the lesson for community builders 👇 Posts that get engagement usually have three things: 1️⃣ They are easy to respond to People don’t want homework. If the reply takes 2 seconds… people participate. 2️⃣ They make people feel seen When someone drops an emoji or comment, you can reply with encouragement or ask a follow-up question. That interaction is what builds community. 3️⃣ They invite participation instead of teaching Teaching posts are valuable. But conversation posts create community. You need both. 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐓𝐢𝐩s 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 Try posting one of these today: • “Drop your niche below 👇” • “What are you building right now?” • “One win from this week?” • “Coffee or tea while you work?” 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞. 1️⃣ 𝐓𝐡𝐞 “𝐃𝐫𝐨𝐩 𝐈𝐭 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐰” 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭 This is one of the easiest engagement drivers because people only need a few words to participate. Examples you can use: • Drop your niche below • Drop the digital product you're building • Drop your biggest challenge right now • Drop the offer you're working on Why it works: People like talking about what they’re building, and this lets members discover each other too. Pro Tip: Reply to several comments to keep the conversation going. 2️⃣ 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐥 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭 People love sharing opinions. When you give them simple choices, engagement spikes. Examples: • Digital products or memberships? • Instagram or YouTube?

@Michelle Spark I’m in the health and fitness industry and currently an affiliate with both my previous company and a new one. I genuinely like certain aspects of each, so I’ve continued working with both. I’d still love to stay involved in this area because I believe in the products and the industry, but I’m trying to figure out a way to do it with less face-time and less pressure to constantly produce video content. My schedule is full but flexible, so I’m wide open to different approaches. Side note: I also started with MRR a while back (with another person I purchased from), and that didn’t end up working out for me either. At this point, I’m just trying to find a path that feels sustainable and authentic. If you have any ideas or direction you’d suggest, I’d greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
