We’re Back - Here’s What’s Changing
Hey everyone, it’s been a minute😅 If you’re thinking, “wait… I haven’t seen these guys since summer” you’re not wrong. My last proper post was around pre-August 2025, and now we’re in January 2026... Here’s the short version of where we’ve been: We went head down building our new product/ model for Fluxomate. Right before we dissapeared I started to lose focus as to why I started Fluxomate. Throughout my entire entrepreneurial journey, I've made a ton of mistakes, but the biggest one was not having the correct systems to run my business as we scaled. This is what eventually led to me shutting down a business I loved (my first venture in ecommerce) after years of burnout. (I'll share the full story in another post) I started Fluxomate after that (almost three years ago) to help other business owners set up the correct systems so they could take on more clients and scale without ruining their client experience and stressing out their team (and the founders) so they could prevent that same burnout I faced. We've had tons of ups and downs as we've been building this brand, but I'm thankful and proud to say we are now at a point where that mission is a reality for our clients Now it's all about getting more agency owners to join us on our mission! Ads are live. Outreach is live. Content is live. Things are moving fast. Which brings me to why we're back here 👇 This community is going to be a core part of what we’re building moving forward. We will use this community to host part of our DWY offer, and it will act as a nurture point for anyone looking to learn more about how the right systems can allow your agency to grow sustainably. That means: - More frequent posts - Real, practical value (not theory) - Insights from what we’re seeing work right now - YouTube breakdowns plus behind-the-scenes context - Input from other legit agency owners in the group Think of this as a fresh start for the community. Delays will happen....🤬🤬
If you are doing any sort of service delivery at some point there will be a delay.⚠️ Whether you forgot to complete something, a task took longer than you initially thought or one of your team members got sick I can almost guarantee you something will come up (those are all real examples) The most important part of any type of delay is how you deal with it⚠️ Let me give you two examples to drive this point in 1️⃣Option A: You order something online - they guarantee 3-day delivery - After 3 days you don't get your package - You have to contact customer service to find out your parcel has been delayed and it'll be there in 2 days 2️⃣Option B: You order something online - they guarantee 3-day delivery - After 3 days you don't get your package - 2 days in you get a message from customer service to let you know your package is delayed and it'll be there in 2 days Which scenario would provide you with a better experience?😁 In which scenario would you be more annoyed?🤬 I make a very big effort to drill this on my team - if there is any delay in work communicate it! Don't just try to do everything behind the scenes literally just keep everyone in the loop.... It's something that is so simple but so many people fail to do consistently.❌ So next time there's any sort of delay in your agency don't just hide and do the work behind the scenes hoping your clients won't notice Be proactive and address the delay, explain the delay then provide an action plan with next steps (bonus points if you find a way to make it up to them!)

Amazing post @Leo Fluxomate and I completely agree! I feel that people tend to avoid addressing their mistakes with their clients and fail to realise that most people are understanding and tend to not be as frustrated with the error but instead the poor communication and being left out of the loop! Always ensure you communicate and get ahead of the problem as soon as possible with a clear plan of action!
📚What books are you reading???
In the past month, I've dedicated myself to reading for at least 30 minutes every day This means I had to increase my existing book stock and move away from audible 🤣 So far I've gone through - Traction (again) - 100M Offers (again) - Just started Buy Back Your Time (again) Let me know what you guys are reading - there's a lot you can learn from books it's years of experience compacted into an actionable booklet (if you choose the right book)

Amazing @Leo Fluxomate ! I’m currently reading “The Courage to Be Disliked” It’s an amazing book which discusses the control we hold of our day to day decisions and similarly the power we hold in deciding our future! Which of your books would you recommend the most?
