Coaching Alchemy: Transforming Challenges into Opportunities
As coaches, we often work with clients who are struggling with difficult situations. But with the right guidance, these challenges are transformable into opportunities for growth and self-discovery. Have you encountered any difficult situations with your clients where you successfully helped them turn challenges into opportunities? If so, what strategies or techniques did you use, and how did it impact their growth and self-discovery?

Pretty much every single client. And reframing is the name of the game -- something I've been doing with NLP since circa 1979, to solve problems. Didn't always solve every problem back then, but now successful helping people breakthrough their mindset, or making big progress..

@Stacey Shaw That's still coaching. Been coaching 40+ years myself, and while that's an older style of coaching, it's still legitimate with people who know you and your motivations.
The Ripple Effect of Self-Care: How Personal Wellness Impacts Our Coaching Practice
My therapist revisited the topic of self-care with me on my last call with her. I was thinking about that conversation right now and thought; I need to cut my fingernails; they grew in less than a week, hahaha. We understand the importance of guiding our clients towards better self-care. But how does our own self-care regimen influence our coaching practice? What are some ways in which personal wellness and well-being contribute to our effectiveness as coaches? Do you take responsibility for self-care regularly? Or improving?

All day long, even while I'm asleep, courtesy of my Highest Self/ Soul Self. And I train other "changeworkers" to take care of that themselves. Pretty much most of the posts in one of my FB groups is all about self-care as a changeworker (coach, hypnotist, practitioner of NLP and any energy work modality).
How do you price your offering
How do you set your charges if your new to coaching

@Elena Zanfei Elena wrote some of what I was going to suggest.. Start with a price point where you feel comfortable, but increase it a bit where you're hesitant but willing to try. Why? Because most newer/ newish coaches will undercharge. And then keep increasing your rate each month or season for new clients. For myself, my coaching is only available as part of a program and starts at $3K (available for way less for Black Friday deals as 2nd-round beta client, but still working on leads) and will climb to $10K. (My mentor's similar Breakthrough coaching started at $2,500 a few years ago and now is $10-15K.) I only give single sessions in 30min slots, and coaching isn't available - only Emotion Code, NLP, hypnosis, Reiki, Pranayama breathwork, etc.)

@Marcin Zytek What do you mean forgotten? I'm talking about what I offer. I don't offer it because I have not been through it. My own MindCode modality (46 years in the making) covers pretty much everything.
Breaking beliefs
Okay, I'm coming to this amazing community with a belief that cropped up today at my job. Quick overview, the company is struggling as a result of some systemic problems and I've been hired to help solve the problems as well as manage the business side of the company. I have been at the company for a month and a half now, learning the systems, the people, the company, but missing out on some things. As a result I allowed myself to feel blame for the state of the company today. Granted, I know better than that. This is a systemic problem that has been going on for some time due to ignorance on the part of the owner as well as the departments. I just happened to "just" catch on to the depth of the problem. So I'm writing this post to ask for help with mindset. I could use your thoughts, guidance, any questions to help me see why I'm allowing myself to feel/take blame for this.

Mindset has to do with Ego States and Introjects, which I've discussed here before. It's the reason people do the things they do, how they react, etc. The business sounds like people have absorbed the limiting beliefs of the owners. There are a number of ways to deal with this, including Emotion Code, hypnosis (Ego States Transformation), NLP (Ego Parts Integration, Ego Parts Work, Resource Therapy, Shadow Work, my own Persona Placation) and others.
