"My views are so inconsistent" 😒
This is something I picked up from a recent Alex Hormozi video and found it's really interesting - and true: Your results are not inconsistent, you're probably just not doing enough volume. Yes one video might get 3x the views your video before did, but that's just on too small of a time horizon. If you then look at the average view count over your last 10 videos vs. your previous last 10, vs. the 10 before those - you'll probably find your results are actually consistent. (and hopefully steadily going up) If there's one thing I'd like to tell everyone here who wants to *grow with youtube* (those who just want to nurture existing audiences don't need to go to this extreme) then it's that: YOU NEED TO UP YOUR VOLUME Post more! As much as I'd like to say that I had some meticulously crafted strategy behind my channels that performed well... it's just not true. Yes, there are principles to follow & certain tips and tricks apply to every niche. But in the end YouTube is a bit of a guessing game. It's not like Ads where you can isolate some metric & ab test everything. Sadly that's just not possible. When I grew my experiement channel to 1,000 subs & 80,000 views in 21 days... guess how much I uploaded... TWO TO THREE TIMES A DAY I posted 44 videos in 21 days! That's the only reason this channel was able to grow this quickly. So how often should you post? (again, if you're trying to *grow*) -> As much as you can. Can you pump out 3 search-based videos in a day? Amazing, go ahead! That's very unlikely to be the case for most people though, so if you're really trying to grow I'd say 2 videos a week is the minimum to aim for. Is posting multiple times a day something you'd ever consider? 😅 👇🏼
