The goal of everyone here is to create great YouTube content.
50% of you create content to grow an audience, 50% of you create content to nurture & convert their existing audience (there was a poll on this)
With my channel I also want to grow an audience, and with the content I help my clients create it's mostly to nurture - so we'll just cover both in here :)

To create great content it's about small, gradual improvements every single upload.
At least that's my favorite way of going about it. Too big changes can lead to overwhelm (or stagnation after making those changes)
So to do this, please post your new videos in the video feedback section to get help from others on how you can improve the next upload
