After my little meltdown last week I've come to realise how stuck I have become and how easy it is to feel I am not enough. Life is hectic but life is fun! I've found a little trick, which seems to be working for me and it's to remind myself to do something fun in the day. It might be belt out a tune in the car on the way to work or run around with the dog or kick the ball with the kids. It is so easy to change my mood for the better to make me feel young and fun for as long as I can! Xx

Surprisingly after the week I had I would say that this weekend I'm a C. I was a hot mess on Friday but a swim on Friday night and Yoga on Saturday got me in the get shit done mood and I feel a bit more on top of it today. Ready to smash it this week!

My favourite thing to do when I get up is make a coffee and wander around in my garden and look at my plants like some crazy plant lady ๐Ÿ˜€๐ŸŒฑ or sit with my feet in the pool before the kids get up. Silence is bliss!
