I've created a membership system for an app that requires a subscription to get access to certain areas of the saas platform. I was wondering how some of you handle whether to show disabled access that requires a higher tier to access or just completely hiding it so that they never see what they're missing out on. I'm thinking of disabling access to it where it's grayed out with a lock icon, saying upgrade to access on hover. What are your thoughts and what method would or do you currently use to get people to want to upgrade to a paid tier?

Hi guys, In case I missed it, has Corbin ever suggested an easy to use platform where we can record our laptop screen when we showcase/demo several workflows of our app? I'm always impressed whenever I see a builder showcase their new app and they are always be able to automatically zoom in zoom out on their videos. 😀 I really want to share a 30 seconds or 1 minute video on my LinkedIn or X about my app, but am still struggling to find an intuitive platform that can produce great quality demos.
