I'm Daniyal, 19, from Pakistan but residing in UAE, just wanted to see what this place is about. I have a really puffy face, thats something I wanna change, and even though I've been working out for over a year I haven't seen much progress, I want to change that aswell

@Amer Mrad Sure I'll DM it to you tomorrow. Maybe it's just body dysmorphia but most ppl that I got into the gym got progress quicker than me, so maybe I'm doing something wrong, I'm kinda skinny fat, I do have muscle but quite a bit of fat everywhere too, last time I tried cutting I lost all my muscle with it too lol. I saw your instagram btw, what exactly do you do?
