Not bad for staying up late and not eating so good yesterday! I told myself that if I was going to do date-night without limits, I would do at least 20 minutes on the elliptical this morning. It took me all morning and I stared at the thing for most of it. But I did it! I know that if I don't stay active, my goals will suffer! ✅️ How are you doing with your energy activities?

Essential Energizers!
For me, if I miss a day doing my cardio, even 20 minutes, it makes a huge difference in my work day. This morning I spent 30 minutes on Skool and now 20 minutes on my elliptical. Routines are hard to make habitual bit so worth it! ✅️What are YOUR essential energizers?

Exercise can have such a dramatic impact on energy! Its temporary spike in cortisol makes cortisol (stress) levels lower the rest of the day. It can also help wake you up and get the blood flowing! Its the best energizer!
