Not bad for staying up late and not eating so good yesterday! I told myself that if I was going to do date-night without limits, I would do at least 20 minutes on the elliptical this morning. It took me all morning and I stared at the thing for most of it. But I did it!
I know that if I don't stay active, my goals will suffer!
