Master these steps. 1. What is the story I’m telling myself? 2. How do I feel about my story? 3. Do I want to live here forever or change? 4. Can I remember the power inside of me? 5. With THAT power (of love) I now create a new space for a new story. ------- We start where all healing starts — the story. The story is where the problem begins (because if it didn’t bother you, there would be nothing to process, it would be a blessing). The story is the mind. The past. The narrative. Then comes the emotion — the purge. This is where the storm happens inside your body. The part nobody likes. The part everyone avoids. But this is the medicine. And then comes the turning point — the transmutation. The moment where you draw the line, plant your staff into the ground, and say: “I’m done feeling this way.” Once you cross that threshold, you hit the real magic:t he creation of space. Space is where Spirit steps in. Space is where clarity enters. Space is where your soul rises back to the surface. And when you put all four pieces together, the ancient alchemy symbol appears — the reminder that every emotion, every story, and every spiral downward was never a collapse… it was a descent with purpose. Because the descent is voluntary when you’re awake. It's your mini underworld journey. Your pitchfork moment — the place where you rage, cry, write, run, breathe, sweat, scream, paint, or meditate until the poison leaves your bloodstream. That’s the purge. That’s the shrapnel coming out. That’s the wound being cleaned so time can actually do its job. Then we rise. Because the positive emotions you seek — joy, trust, courage, ease, clarity — they’re not learned. They’re remembered. Babies are living proof. The soul comes in knowing how to love, trust, laugh, and shine. Life just distracts us into forgetting. So the work isn’t becoming something new. It’s returning.

How I was taught Sacred Geometry in a dream. Yes I "received" the information within a few minutes but it took me YEARS to unpack it and understand it. It's taken quite some time to filter it down and crystalize it into the simple form it has become today. After this experience... - I thought I was going insane (but held it together through my meditation practice). - could see my own aura circulating around me and hear my heart beating in my ears for a full month after this. - looked around and everyday all I could see were shapes, patterns and fractals. - quit the contract work I was doing as a graphic designer for a nutraceutical company - began writing my book which I completed in a year and a half. - started on my path as a spiritual teacher of Metaphysics. - became a Level 3 Reiki Master Teacher - teach classes on Sacred Geometry. - created a Sacred Geo decal company that my son now owns and operates. - went on a speaking tour for a year and a half with my family living in our RV / SUV. - created a Sacred Geo glass bottle company I closed in 2020 - became a certified Psychedelic Medicine Facilitator in 2021 and led over 150 journeys in 2022 - opened Lucid Earth Education / Lucid Earth, LLC. - launched my own self-healing modality known as "Soul Root Alchemy." - began one-on-one spiritual coaching and business coaching for lightworkers and healers. - now 13 years later, have authored and released this course "Sacred Pull - The Keys of Metatron." all the info below. - This experience actually changed my life and is now touching the life of others. Awareness test! "Shamanic Awareness" is about being able to see the unseen (whether you want to or not). But how do we fair with seeing what's RIGHT in front of us??? Fitting that this is my first free lesson / exercise. This exact test has been very humbling, guiding and grounding to me for over 20 years. It reminds me that even though we are all connected to all things all the time, we are not always "aware" of it. Many times my mind thinks I'm seeing the whole picture, but my gut, my soul, says "look again bucko!" The Shamans task is to raise awareness, without, and within. <3
