Master these steps.
1. What is the story I’m telling myself?
2. How do I feel about my story?
3. Do I want to live here forever or change?
4. Can I remember the power inside of me?
5. With THAT power (of love) I now create a new space for a new story.
-------
We start where all healing starts — the story.
The story is where the problem begins (because if it didn’t bother you, there would be nothing to process, it would be a blessing).
The story is the mind. The past. The narrative.
Then comes the emotion — the purge.
This is where the storm happens inside your body.
The part nobody likes.
The part everyone avoids.
But this is the medicine.
And then comes the turning point — the transmutation.
The moment where you draw the line, plant your staff into the ground, and say:
“I’m done feeling this way.”
Once you cross that threshold, you hit the real magic:t he creation of space.
Space is where Spirit steps in. Space is where clarity enters.
Space is where your soul rises back to the surface.
And when you put all four pieces together, the ancient alchemy symbol appears — the reminder that every emotion, every story, and every spiral downward was never a collapse… it was a descent with purpose.
Because the descent is voluntary when you’re awake.
It's your mini underworld journey.
Your pitchfork moment — the place where you rage, cry, write, run, breathe, sweat, scream, paint, or meditate until the poison leaves your bloodstream.
That’s the purge. That’s the shrapnel coming out.
That’s the wound being cleaned so time can actually do its job.
Then we rise.
Because the positive emotions you seek — joy, trust, courage, ease, clarity — they’re not learned.
They’re remembered. Babies are living proof.
The soul comes in knowing how to love, trust, laugh, and shine. Life just distracts us into forgetting.
So the work isn’t becoming something new. It’s going down into the soul, grabbing the light you buried, and bringing it back to the surface like a rebirth. But the world doesn’t teach this.
Most people believe they only get story + purge, and that’s why they stay stuck. That’s why they stay looping.
That’s why they meet people like us and think we’re delusional for believing in possibility.
But we’re not delusional — we’re alchemists.
We just refused to let chapter 5 become the end of the book.We learned to ask the most dangerous question in the universe:
“How can I turn this into an advantage?”
Negative emotions aren’t bad, sick, or wrong.
They’re indicators.
And your job is to use them consciously.
Anger can destroy a home…or fuel a breakthrough.
Anxiety can paralyze…or warn you that a boundary is being crossed.
Fear can trap you…or guide you toward courage.
It’s not the emotion. It’s what you do with it.
Each are a window to what we don't want to create, or what we can.
Every wound is a spiritual object lesson.
Every conflict is a mirror.
Every trigger is the soul whispering: “Clean this wound so I can grow here.”
The mantra brings you home:
“I now create the space for…
Ease.
Courage.
Empowerment.
Connection.
Love
and Clarity."
And as you speak each one, your body remembers.
Your breath remembers.
Your cells remember.
Your spirit remembers.
Because you’re not creating something new —you’re clearing what isn’t yours.
You’re an angel trapped in a monkey body —the soul wants peace, but the animal wants to "win the fight".
The animal has never solved anything.
The angel has solved everything.
So the question becomes:
How many times will I respond the old way before I choose the new way?
This work is the “training camp” of your spiritual path.
The glamorous tools — cards, drums, feathers — those are beautiful, but they are merely celebrations.
Alchemy is the discipline. The rewiring. The karmic cleanup. The thing nobody posts on Instagram because it’s not sexy — but it’s real.
You create space for the new.
Then you act from that space.
Then you track your progress.
And the mile-markers tell the story of your rebirth.
Your life becomes the testament to your true power... love.
This is how you rebuild trust.
This is how you heal relationships.
This is how you change your fate.
This is how you become the version of yourself that actually matches your soul.
Because no one else can create that space for you.
Not Spirit.
Not Buddha.
Not Ayahuasca.
Not your partner.
Not me.
Only you.
And the moment you remember that —your entire life reorganizes around the truth of who you really are.
