How's that going? Have you started? What are some other action steps you can take?

@Stefanie Lange Thats awesome, a lot of members in my self improvement community would love to hear about your practices if you're open to sharing in there. A lot of people practice hypnosis, meditation, and critical thinking strategies for retraining the nervous system. Also a lot of insights from the community would help your social anxiety situation. If you'd be interested in connecting there let me know.

What type of social situations do you feel the most anxious in? Do you get overwhelmed? Or is it a separation based feeling?

@Its Umair That's awesome I'm glad you're putting yourself in a situation that throws you out there. What type of debate? I used to be on competition teams in high school
The Moment You Almost Spoke… but Didn’t
Most people don’t struggle with confidence. They struggle with permission. Permission to take space. Permission to be seen. Permission to be imperfect out loud. Where in your life do you feel like you’re still waiting for permission? Let’s talk.

I see your point, and I do agree to an extent. Overall I do think it's quite the opposite, or the path is different. Those who have social confidence do not need permission. They pave their own way by understanding the situation and taking control of the room they're in.

@Court Simp There we go! Sounds like a life worth living. What did you actively do to get to this point?

@Court Simp This is actually awesome to hear! This is how to develop despite whatever setbacks you're thrown. I'm extremely happy you're at this point. I'm tackling every goal headfirst like a raging bull. It's the only way to crush what I'm chasing
