Reach out to people, initiate new conversations, get out of the house 😄

@Hamy Mv I see, what steps are you currently taking to help you with overthinking?

@Wells Rappaport man, that sounds really tough. Are you taking any steps to turn things around?
I did it
Guys. You aren’t gonna believe this. I have a girlfriend. Remember that girl I found during the xp blitz who had gotten stood up? Yeah that’s her. Frankly I don’t know how I pulled this off cause she is so out of my league but I’m not complaining. I’m honestly still in shock how I asked her to be my girlfriend because I blacked out when it happened and I did it but I don’t remember it.

Big congrats man! You absolutely deserve her, never doubt that for a second. 🙌

@Wells Rappaport understandable 😄 still would have a positive impact long term.
Interesting 🤔
So a lot of my friends and I have noticed that the last month or so has been interesting on a happiness level. So to start out for myself I had about the worst day of my life and then things went up! And now they’ve fallen right back down not exactly to where they started but you know the general unhappiness. All my friends have experienced the same thing where they went from an all time low to a substantial high and back down. Did this happen to anyone else?

I remember a study where if something amazing or something horrible happens to you, eventually you'll get back to your baseline happiness within 6 months. So I think the goal is to always upgrade our baseline, regardless if it's a shitty day or an awesome one.

@Wells Rappaport not that I'm aware off. But I think there are studies on this.
