Quick challenge for the dads in here. Strong questions build strong conversations in a community. One of my favorites is a "What" question. Examples: - What lesson did your dad teach you that still sticks today? - What habit has made the biggest difference in your life this year? - What’s one thing your kids taught you recently? - What do you wish someone told you before becoming a dad?
