Recently, as of today, I was sending SMS with Ninja Mode, and my opt-out rate hit around 7% and got my numbers shut down. I know I can probably appeal etc, and get them back up. I talked with support and they said that anywhere from 1-10% opt-out rate will do this to the account and after 3 times it gets harder to get the account back. Are there any alternatives to sending SMS that do not require opt-out language or are not as strict? ***Update 9/24/25: I think I have figured this out after texting 60,000 contacts. First if you call these people and they text you back anything it’s free game. Or if you want to blast out a bunch of people I changed my opt-out msg to say “To stop messages and be taken off all lists reply DELETE” not saying that’s the best but it definitely works. Also before you send any messages you will want to validate the numbers. It seems that when we implemented this trick along with the others our connection rates went way up and we started pulling in way more leads. I like texting first then getting on a call with interested people. Seems this has helped a lot.

I have been calling and send messages to people all day since 9 a.m. trying to find a buyer. I am confident in my pricing! I went ahead and lowered it just a little. Please say a prayer for me! 8/11 closing date. I did a video walk-through with the families today, and they are counting on me! If I had the money, I would invest in both of these properties! I’m just doing the free route but how is XLeads? How much easier and faster are you guys contacting sellers from using it compared to other softwares (if used) or even the free route like pulling gov lists and calling yourself. Looking to get it very soon to skip trace gov lists and triple dial + text blast + email blast!
