Do you think to coach others you need to figure out all of your problems first?
When listening to many coaches out there, I got the feeling, that they’ve made it. Their story is often: “My life was so bad, but then I learned X,Y,Z and now its all sunshine behind me” I’ve followed many programs, because I wanted to feel the way they described. In the end I was often wondering: “Am I too stupid for this?” I have learned many tools to help people, opening their Akashic Records, Hypnosis, Positive Psychology, etc. What kept holding me back, was that I always waited for that state, where I’d have figured it all out, to present myself as this person, who “made it”. I love people, who despite of having a coaching business show up authentic, vulnerable and real. I think sometimes it’s very empowering, that others share our struggles, destructive thoughts and not so good habits, which make us human. In all this “becoming the best version of me” dynamic I enjoy those connections, where imperfection is nothing to get rid of, but something to accept for the sake of authentic self-love. I’m really curious… what’s your perspective on that?

Build Connections
Is networking a key part of your process for getting clients? How do you ensure it leads to meaningful client connections?

What I’ve learned is that networking it’s not just about meeting people—it’s about building real relationships. I always go into networking with the mindset of giving value first.
Get clients
Do you focus more on inbound marketing (like content) or outbound (like cold outreach)? Trying to decide which works better!

@Angela Maull Love the analogy of planting seeds vs. hunting! 🌱🎯 I’ve seen that having a mix really does provide the best of both worlds. In my experience, using outbound to get those quick wins can be a game changer, especially when you need to build momentum fast. But as you said, inbound builds those deeper relationships that keep clients coming back over time. I’ve found success with a steady rhythm—start by hunting, then switch gears and nurture those connections with value-driven content and personalized follow-ups. 💡 Curious—what's been your biggest challenge with balancing the two? For me, it's always been finding the right cadence. 🌱➡️🏹
Target The Right Client
Finding the right prospects can feel like searching for a needle in a haystack. 🧲 What’s your best tip for identifying high-quality leads? #ProspectingChallenges #TargetTheRightClient"

I will start first: One of the best ways I’ve found to identify high-quality leads is to focus on client personas. The more specific the persona, the easier it is to identify prospects that fit the bill. Look for clients whose pain points align perfectly with the solutions you offer, and don’t hesitate to leverage existing client feedback to narrow your search.
