Anyone else feeling school staff are more burnt at this time of year as compared to past years?

Hi Friends. I am a behavior coach in a public school. Right now, we behavior coaches (3 out of the 4 are BCBAs) are in a different role where we are doing intensive process coaching and technical assistance coaching regarding school systems and structures. The more I am in it, the more I see the need to further my knowledge of OBM. Give me some great recs for podcasts, books, journals...anything please!

Hi there, public school BCBA here. I was wondering if other states (if any) have an alternative learning environment for children with tier 3 behaviors that cannot be managed safely in the classroom. This is not a self-contained special needs room, but more of a transitional room with smaller numbers. The idea would be for these students to gain more access to interventions, work on the skill deficits that are causing problem behaviors and then transition/generalize those skills back into the classroom with their peers. Just curious if there was anything like this out there in schools and would love to hear any recommendations! Thanks!
