Morning or night owl? Share your natural rhythm below! ⏰ 📊 Quick Poll: 🌞 Morning Person (5am–9am) 🌙 Evening Person (9pm–12am) ⏳ Neither—just love my sleep! 😴 Bonus: If you know your birth time, does it match your energy? (I was born around 12:05 AM. I’m curious as you’d think I would be a night owl but I’m more of a morning person! Maybe 🤔 its from all those years of working 😂!) 💛 Level up - Level 2 and above is welcome to join our evening wind down sleep workshops. The first is Wednesday, July 15th. Add to your Calendar Link

Truthfully, I'm both. I love my mornings and my late owl eves. Am I burning the candle on both ends? It would seem. But I wake up with excitement for my day, I love mornings, but I'm not a before dark girl. I have liked the mornings my body woke by 5:30. But in summer, 6:30-7 is ideal. That means in the dead of winter I'm not often up and about until 8 am. Circadian rhythm. But...I love my evenings. From 9-10 pm I have an end of day window where I distill thoughts in the quiet. Then I transition for bed by reading. I LOVE my sleep. I have large windows during the day where I live life. But I really love the quiet of early morn and late evening when the juices flow.

@Kimberly Armatys how lovely to find you and your group. 🥰 I'm Jen, Good Girl Whisperer, visibility and confidence coach. I'm a lifelong good girl finding my BOLD which inspired me to create the Good Girl Gone Bold brand and a new community here on Skool. I help good girls go bold, and that totally involves owning their voice and needs, including that self-care you used to feel selfish about doing. I'm a cancer survivor who went vegan to heal my body and a foodie who loves creating healthy versions of comfort food and sweets. I studied aromatherapy for nearly 10 years and use essential oils daily for nearly a decade. Love me my Jesus (sans dogma), wife to a jazz sax player (30 years), mom to two young adults, and old house lover. Love to kibbitz with like minded women on a journey to freedom.

@Kimberly Armatys same. I almost didn't go. I saw last minute it was happening and was sweaty, working outside, strawberry banana smoothie on my lips. 😂 Glad to finally get to know you too.
What's your go-to essential oil brand where you live?
One of the unexpected challenges of being location-independent... Finding good essential oils. 😄 Every time I travel to a new country, it's like starting the search all over again. Some brands are fantastic... until you realize they don't ship where you are. Some are easy to find locally... but you're not quite sure about the quality. And sometimes you discover an amazing local company that nobody outside that country seems to know (although this did not happen until now). So I thought... Why don't we build a little "world map" of trusted essential oil brands together? 🌍 👇 Tell us: • Which country are you in? • Which essential oil brand(s) do you trust and recommend? • Bonus points if they ship internationally (especially to those wonderfully random corners of the world 😅). Who knows... your recommendation might become someone else's new favorite brand. 🥰

@Miriam Ru great to see you here. I know we've been chicken running in BYOB for a hot minute. I'm a longtime DoTERRA user and former wellness advocate. I did my homework. Are they more expensive? That's relative. There isn't a 1:1 comparison I can make given that my quality standards are HIGH. If they're only used as aromatics, not as big a deal. I used them medicinally. I wouldn't trust just any brand. They are available internationally although only through direct order online.

I’ll go first—I’m so grateful for @Sandy Robb's consistency in showing up for their aromatherapy, public speaking journey, and wellness goals! I'll tag a new member @Jennifer Silbert as we met on a call yesterday, however, we have been in several communities together and recognized the value we give in those communities. Definitely a collaboration in the future together between hers and my communities. 🌿 Habit Check-In: What’s ONE habit stack you’ve tried this week? Thank you for the tag. I'm looking forward to the inspo in the group and the collective of women supporting each other's health and wellness journey. My habit stack has to be juicing weekly so I'm stocked for the week, walking and weights. I need to prioritize having healthy dishes in the fridge to snack on through the day, particularly mid afternoon when I am not fully hungry but need a boost.
