I need some advice on when is the right time to start charging a subscription fee. I got a 107 member in 29 day 103 are actively engaging. I offer courses and other services. I'm afraid if I charge a subscription I will lose momentum. I'm just not making money yet and would like to of course. Any feedback would be appreciated
