How I got 100 members in 28 days.
I didn’t grow fast by chasing numbers.
I grew by building a room people felt safe showing up in.
I didn’t sell first. I listened first.
I didn’t posture as an expert. I showed up as a myself.
I posted consistently, invited conversation, and celebrated the people not myself.
I let members lead, share, and shine.
I stayed quiet in public spaces and loud inside my own community.
No spam. No DMs. No gimmicks.
People didn’t join because of marketing.
They joined because someone felt seen and told someone else.
