As you may have already heard, I'm updating the about page here at Skool. So far, I've got the introductory video up and soon I will be creating pages below that will better illustrate what's inside and included in the membership. Here's the intro video that may describe the intention and more about our group a little better than the previous one.🌺

I will be hosting my first sound journey at the end of the month for 24 people. I definitely do not feel ready to hold this session, but I am going to let go of needing to be what I feel is perfect and just m know that as I continue to play, I will be more confident, comfortable and connected with my delivery and my intention through my bowls. I feel so grateful that the local Ymca that I teach at is allowing me to give this offering, and it will be a room full of beautiful women that I've known for years and some new. I will use this to submit for my final certification. I'm looking forward to it. 🥰

A Mani-Quest or Manifestation Quest is a series of four weekly sound meditations to help you manifest your intentions. During the first meditation, set an intention to plant the seed of what you are manifesting. 🌱 Watch your intentions grow into real results throughout the month. 🌿 During the meditations you may be inspired to take action, shift habits, or experience beautiful opportunities that present themselves to you. 🌈 Mani-Quests help you live your month with intention and step into alignment with your desires. ✨ After the last meditation in the series, reflect back on the month and see how much you’ve created for yourself. Wondering how you may participate in our community? Volunteers are needed to lead Sound Meditations, Sound Journeys, Sound Baths, or simply show up with others to "Meet and Greet". The meetings may be from 10 minutes (Sound Meditation) to 30 minutes. *This message is especially intended for graduates of The Healing Sound Arts Program, Crystal Bowls Mastery, and The Healing Voice participants.
