Your clients don't want your AI. They want this $1.3B answer
https://techcrunch.com/2025/11/10/scribe-hits-1-3b-valuation-as-it-moves-to-show-where-ai-will-actually-pay-off/ This 👆 TechCrunch article on Scribe's $1.3B valuation proves it. Their entire business is built on showing where AI will actually pay off. They're not selling a specific AI; they're selling the map that points to the treasure. This is where most AI entrepreneurs fail—they try to sell the "AI shovel" without knowing where to tell the client to dig. The smartest entrepreneurs I work with are doing the same thing as Scribe. They've stopped selling 'AI implementation' and now sell a paid 'Automation Audit' or 'Process Discovery' as their first step. They use this phase to find the one workflow that, if automated, delivers a massive ROI. Then, and only then, do they know which AI to sell and build. Do you offer AI audit to your clients?

We offer audits via a proprietary built scoring system... coupled with tiered services that serve the needs of the clientele's pain points, with a strong focus on data distillation & compliance structuring.
Reddit Accuses 'Data Scraper' Companies of Theft
On October 22, 2025, Reddit filed a lawsuit against the AI startup Perplexity, accusing it and several data-scraping companies of stealing its data. The complaint, filed in a New York court, alleges that the companies created a scheme to bypass Reddit's restrictions and scrape its data from Google's search results for use in training AI models. This lawsuit is part of a growing trend of copyright and scraping litigation as AI companies train their large language models on internet data. For AI entrepreneurs this lawsuit is a wake-up call that the "move fast and break things" approach to data scraping is a dead-end strategy with catastrophic financial and legal risks. ***Building automation tools on a foundation of unlawfully scraped data—whether the data is public or behind a paywall—exposes your business to significant liability for copyright infringement and breach of contract.*** Your long-term success depends on building a robust, defensible data strategy that prioritizes licensed, consented, and transparently sourced data, or you risk your entire operation being shut down by a lawsuit.

I've invented, but not deployed the remedies for these concerns...
Who owns your domain?
Do you own a domain name for your business? I run across so many business owners who own their business' domain in their own personal name. It's ok at the very beginning, when you're just starting--you might be a sole proprietor with no business entity. But once you form your business entity, it should own all of its IP, include the business domain name. How do you accomplish that? 1. Execute a domain name assignment agreement 2. Change ownership with the registrar -- Attorney Tatyana

Thanks for the reply @Tatyana Gray Etkin ... I filed the LLC after the domain purchase yes. I did get a business bank account and business credit card. You're suggesting I go back through switch the business as owner of the domain? Thanks for the reply and shined light on these things

I went back and checked... ended up switching my domains and the profile of the account that operates the domains to be the formed LLC instead of my personal self. Thanks for making this post @Tatyana Gray Etkin ... I appreciate the info and hope I set it up properly as per your guidance.
I give up....
Somebody at this legal conference I'm in yesterday and today asked me what YouTube was... And here I was thinking about how lawyers are ripe for implementing voice AI agents.

AI won't replace humans, but humans that use AI will replace humans that don't use AI...
Voice AI for Lawyers
As I sit here, at the estate planning conference for my state's bar, I am pretty sure 99% of the lawyers in the room don't have voice AI agents answering their phones, scheduling appointments, or following up with clients for them. The field is ripe for the taking!

Is this because the padded costs the industry operates within allows for human client intake specialists to manage intake? I don't think I would allow for the human to human interactions to suffer via AI automation in such a crucial industry and role TBH. I'd focus my automation more towards the paralegal sides instead.
