Tuesday Motivation!
Morning morning crew! A little motivation for your Mon-I mean Tuesday :) The marathon itself is just one day. It's the three or four months leading up to it where the real work happens, where you figure out what you're made of, where you learn what your body needs and how to keep showing up even when you don't feel like it. If you don't follow a plan or train consistently, it's just not as satisfying to finish, because for a first timer the marathon is really about that training journey. Looking back at weeks of runs you never thought you could do and saying, I did that. That's the thing you carry with you long after the medal is hanging on your wall! So if you're in the thick of it right now, wondering why you're even doing this, just know from a bunch of us on the other side that YOU ARE IN the hard part, and that's the part that matters the most!! Go crush this week!

This is so true! Showing up day after day, week after werk is not easy, but you are proving to yourself that you CAN do this!
Long overdue win Wednesday!!
Let’s shout out some wins, big or small!! My win of the week is actually NOT running this week, I’ve been under the weather and am not currently training (yay running for fun!) so instead of forcing myself to get in some miles, I’ve prioritized my body and some much needed rest :). Lots of waking!! What’s yours? 👇

@Ashley Blankenship that is definitely a win! Yard work is a workout in itself in my opinion 😂
Friday Poll 🥤🍬🍪
If you could only choose ONE type/consistency of running fuel to take DURING your runs for the rest of your life, which would you choose? (Add why in the comments!)

@Dom OBrien thank you for sharing that! I never looked into making my own, but I had just assumed it would be super complicated (and I hate cooking or being in the kitchen of any kind soooo 😂). This looks completely doable and reasonable!
