I'm so sad 😢. Let's keep in touch. Write something under the post so we all know who we are. I don't want to part from our beautiful group.

Creator of sacred creativity. I like it 😁
When was the last time you sat with boredom? 🤔
Let’s be real—boredom can feel awful. But what if I told you it could also be the secret weapon to reclaiming your focus and unleashing your creativity? 💡 Here’s a quick story: Victor recently declared himself the “King of Boredom” 👑 as part of a strategy to completely disconnect from social media and other distractions. For a few days, he stayed committed—no phone, no scrolling, no unnecessary distractions. But then, boredom crept in. 😩 At first, he thought he’d failed. But when he reflected on it, Victor had a realization: 👉 Boredom wasn’t his enemy. It was his guide. Without the endless distractions, boredom forced Victor to face the discomfort he’d been avoiding. Instead of running from it, he decided to sit with it—and the results were mind-blowing. 🤯 Here’s the process Victor used to turn boredom into creativity: The 3-Step “King of Boredom” Framework 🛠️: 1️⃣ Acknowledge Boredom 🧘 – Understand that boredom isn’t a sign of failure. It’s simply space—a pause—that can be used to fuel new ideas. 2️⃣ Set Boundaries 🚪 – Choose specific times to completely disconnect from distractions (no phone, no notifications, no social media). Give yourself the freedom to just think. 3️⃣ Leverage the Clarity 💡 – Once you’ve embraced boredom, use the space to brainstorm, plan, or dive into tasks you’ve been avoiding. Boredom helps your mind wander, which often sparks your most creative ideas. Let’s Reflect! 🧐 - When was the last time you sat with boredom instead of escaping it? - What ideas or solutions could emerge if you gave yourself the space to think deeply? Your Weekly Challenge 🚀 This week, challenge yourself to embrace boredom. 🙌 Turn it into your superpower instead of avoiding it. Start small: 👉 Take 15 minutes to disconnect today—no phone, no distractions—and see what comes up. Comment below 👇: What’s your relationship with boredom? Does it inspire you—or drive you crazy? Let’s discuss!

@Louis Allan Great question!
Another ✨💡moment 🥰❤️💫
I have seen the similarities in @Ed JC Smith’s work and the coaching scholarship I won. As you may know I am going through Ed’s The 7 Elements of mindfulness. It’s added some similar bits from the Magnetic Mind course, that I haven’t seen in EC or at least not worded in this way. It came smashing into me, 💡💫✨ saying it’s the same thing but in a more understandable, less woo woo way!! Simplified, as Ed mentions!! 🤦🏻‍♀️😹 Layman’s terms! 😝😉🥰 that information feels wired in now 🙏🏻 This is the approach I want to have 🤓🥰🙏🏻💫…..a question may be, where are you on the woo woo scale? No idea, know a bit, know a lot? I’ll adapt and coach to that 🥰🙏🏻💫 like a chameleon 🦎 So much joining up of the dots happening presently, because I am taking time for me as much as my family and friends 🙏🏻🥰💫❤️ implementing more and more learnings. All adding to my experiences and wisdom to share with others in my budding coaching career. This is the one I want to keep ❤️ 🥰🙏🏻 ✨💫❤️ I was told I can’t keep swapping careers, to which I (who have mostly been high end chef, front of house manager and hairdresser, all of which I loved but fell into, not because it was a desire.) replied, why not? I knew non of them were my true choice. Helping in the way coaching does has been a passion for a long time. I just didn’t know how or where to start! I love helping people and I get to do it in a whole new way, as I have always wanted 🙏🏻 I see the profound difference in my way of thinking, my mind expanding and growing all the time. Being able to pause, not react. How our reactions/emotions are habitual. We can’t change the situation, just the way we react/behave towards it 🙏🏻💫🥰 Of course it’s a journey, we are having a human experience and unless we become someone as dedicated as a monk let’s say, we are going to waiver in emotions and mood and may make less favourable decisions in the heat of the moment. For the most part though, if we are heart conscious and consistent, we’ll be able to flow down our river of life’s desires 🥰🙏🏻💫✨ with ease and flow. Dealing with any boulders or rapids along the way 💪🏽🙏🏻❤️💫 🌊 🪨 💥 🙏🏻🥰

@George Williams I love this "panoramic view" of all industries! This describes me, and I like it better than "Jack of all trades and master of none"...because while I wasn't the 'master' per se, I just don't like the absolute nature or negative tone of that statement. I have worked in TV, events, music, accounting and beverage consulting.

I know this is an older post but time is an illusion anyway...that's where I fall on the woo woo scale 😆 I love what you said here @Bex Richards and I love those aha moments!
Day 1 1/2
I just joined yesterday. So far the content has been very interesting and allowed me to question a number of things I use to hold as true. Also, as I was returning home from a quick trip to visit my Parents, I was looking forward to continue delving in the lessons but somebody crashed against my vehicle as I was a few blocks away from home. It was an interesting opportunity to practice acceptance of my emotions, detachment after recognition, and opening up to new possibilities. After waiting for the adjustors and then spending over 4 hours waiting to be attended at ER, finally just returned home. I just had to change my plans a bit and will continue to delve into the lessons tomorrow. Take care and stay strong on your path!

Hope you are ok physically as well. Wow, what awareness. I'm sorry the crash happened but here to support you and say great job coming to check in! Take care of yourself and jump right back in. You've got this!
