Brand new from South Carolina. Found on youtube...so glad...Sonny is so peaceful and gentle with his practice. Have already learned so very much. It does not feel like other things...he is inviting on such a deep level. It's more like a welcoming to a new way of being in your body. I appreciate all of this. I could look for a class here, and I have decided that I can do this at my own pace, in my own space. When it warms here, I will go outside on the grass. We are having a cold spell here!
