What was the last course you took?
I’m curious what you’re investing in right now. What’s the last course you took (or bought), and what was it missing? Like what part made you go: “Ok cool, but I still don’t know how to actually do the thing.” If I see a pattern, I’ll build a Yard lesson for it. Drop: 1) course name 2) what you hoped it would teach 3) what it was missing

I recently took an AI course and while the content itself was solid, the real gap wasn’t what was taught. It was the lack of shared clarification. When you’re learning something new and don’t have access to the instructor, confusion feels personal instead of normal. You start thinking you’re missing something, when in reality others are stuck in the same place. Sometimes learning doesn’t fail because the material is weak, but because there’s no space to ask the question that makes everything click
Chaos Check 😵‍💫
❓➡️ What decision are you circling instead of making? If it’s living rent-free in your head, it’s draining your energy. Comment with: - The decision - The excuse - One next step We turn chaos into clarity by doing this out loud. LFG! I’ll be in the comments with you. 🫶

Decision: When to move forward on a path that still has unknowns. Excuse: I keep telling myself I need a little more clarity first. One next step: Name what’s already clear enough to act on and take one small, steady step instead of waiting for certainty.

@Janene O'Connor This is a powerful realization. Choosing who to help isn’t abandoning others. It’s aligning your energy with the impact you’re actually meant to fund. I love how clearly you named the conflict and then acted anyway. Updating the about video is a strong, congruent next step.
What the Hell is Micro-Mindfulness?
Micro-mindfulness is the tiny, sneaky version of mindfulness that fits into real life. At its core, it’s just noticing. Something we all do. It’s noticing 🏴‍☠️one breath 🏴‍☠️one sensation, 🏴‍☠️one thought … right in the middle of the fucking chaos. No candles, no “clear your mind,” no pretending you’re not overwhelmed. Just 30-60 seconds of awareness that gently reminds you you’re not dying and life isn’t horrible.

Exactly. Awareness without correction is underrated.
🌎 Tuesday Special
The Things Responsible People Carry Quietly Most people talk about pressure. Few talk about this. The part where things are still unresolved, but you’re expected to function anyway. To decide anyway. To show up steady anyway. This isn’t about motivation or fixing anything. It’s about naming the quiet load that comes with responsibility. Because when something finally gets named, it stops living only in your body. Pause with me for a second and respond below: 👉 What’s one responsibility you’re carrying quietly right now? No explanations needed. One word or one sentence is enough.

@Janene O'Connor Yes, that’s exactly it. I’m focused on bringing language to those quiet, often subconscious patterns that show up when you’re carrying responsibility. Once they’re named, people don’t have to wrestle with them internally. They can simply notice and move with more clarity.
