Help
Guys I need help.Im 1,87 can playing mainly small forward.I do 5 times per week weights three upper and two lower.Also I do two times per week plyos.Team trainings this time only two as championship has ended.Skill work five-6 times per week and I do 3-4 times per week sprints.Also everyday mobility.What should I do differently as for the trainings?

I struggle with drinking and putting it into effect when I get into a game how do I practice dribbling as if I was in game it’s like I get butter fingers whenever I get the ball in a game
Or maybe sometimes do some stationary dribbling but cover the ball with a plastic bag to make it even more difficult
