Heres mine: 1. To run Tarawera 50k on February 14th 2. I run to take opportunities my fitness and health gives me. I run to reach new levels and limits. I run to empower others to do the same.

Kia ora, 1. With turning 40 this coming September my running goal is to be the fittest and fastest I’ve ever been and hope to run a PB at kerikeri in Nov. 2. I run for the way it makes me feel both physically and mentally. I run for the social fun, the fun of exploring, and the benefits to my life overall. Looking forward to the next 10 weeks with you all
