@Joseph Groom "The Comeback Story" post got me thinking. The game changes when we can actually begin to appreciate and even love the challenging times - when it would be easier to give up than keep going. For me I think of the gym. I hate missing gym days as I love that time both mentally and physically now... but it sure didn't start that way. With my schedule now I even get up most weekdays by 3:45am to get in the amount of time I want to before I start my work day. What's one thing you made enjoyable or a must for yourself even though it was hard or even sucked at first?

One day, you’ll look back and thank yourself for not quitting when it would’ve been easy to. That’s your real glow-up. 🌅

With SO MANY different social media growth strategies these days it’s easy to become confused… Some people say create only videos Some people say just stick to writing I say create what makes you most comfortable 🙏🏻 In the beginning, you need to get in the reps and make creating content a habit! I’ve coached many people on content and have noticed 1 big thing with everyone… What works for 1 person may not work for the next person. This is why it’s so important to test out different formats. Long form posts Short one-liner posts Image posts Carousels Short or long form videos Live broadcasts, etc… The beauty of being a creator is there’s no right or wrong way. Creating content is a form of expression.
