"The Comeback Story" post got me thinking. The game changes when we can actually begin to appreciate and even love the challenging times - when it would be easier to give up than keep going. For me I think of the gym. I hate missing gym days as I love that time both mentally and physically now... but it sure didn't start that way. With my schedule now I even get up most weekdays by 3:45am to get in the amount of time I want to before I start my work day.
What's one thing you made enjoyable or a must for yourself even though it was hard or even sucked at first?
