Surprise Commission.
I got a commission today that I wasn't expecting. I didn't expect it because when I referred the person to the program, I did it without really thinking about it. I thought it would help them, I gave them the link, and didn't have any expectations about what would happen. Some time went by, and I kind of forgot about it. I just figured they went a free route it offered. Then today I got the payout. It reminded me of something I thought I had learned years ago at the beginning of my massage career, which has made a huge difference there. I was missing it with my affiliate business, though, and I think it's been one of the main things holding me back. What's the lesson? Let go of the expectation. Don't focus on the outcomes. Focus on doing what's right by people with the understanding that the outcome you want will come. It may not come from this person, but it will come. Alex Hormozi talks about this a lot. He says not to focus on the outcome. Focus on the inputs. You can control the inputs, but you can't control the outcomes. Either way you want to see it, the scenario is the same. Focus on doing the things that lead people to become clients, not the outcome. To get more of the outcome, do the inputs a lot.
Is this 1 line in your about page copy? 👀
There are many elements I recommend to be included on your community about page. But 1 of the most important elements? and something that a lot of people forget... A simple sentence that calls out your audience in the 1st couple lines. Example: "This community is for [fill in the blank]." This is what our about page says: "This community is for creators, coaches, and entrepreneurs who want to build a profitable community using simple systems supported by AI." Honestly, I'm considering going even more specific, but for now this has been working 😎 Just a quick tip for you to consider! When's the last time you took a look at your about page anyways? Maybe an update is due?! 😜

Gemini's Nano Banana regular vs Pro
I haven't tried it out too much yet but just LOOK at the difference between the airplane and the rocket! They were very similar prompts. Airplane is regular nano and the rocket is Pro. Pro even gave me a jeep hat! Have you tried it out yet?? What have you come up with? Let's share!! Prompt: Here's a picture of Jess and Phil. use them to get a likeness to create a Pixar-style cartoon illustration of Jess and Phil riding a small rocket together, wide 1084x576 layout. The rocket is white and red with the Skool logo printed on the side. Jess and Phil are adorable animated versions of themselves with bright expressive eyes, soft Pixar-style shading, and friendly smiles. They’re leaning forward like they’re blasting off. The rocket trail turns into glowing AI particles and soft neon code lines. Sky background with clouds, sparkles, and a subtle futuristic glow. Fun, colorful, happy, and clean enough to use as a Skool community header.
