Your ads aren't broken. Your store is. (Free SOP inside) 🛠️
Your ads aren't the problem. Your store is. 🚪 Last month I looked at a store doing everything right on ads. Good creative. Smart bids. Real money going in. But sales were flat. So we stopped staring at the ad account and opened the actual store on a phone. The main product image took 6 seconds to load. Six. Most people were gone before they ever saw it. The ads were fine. The front door was just stuck. Here's the part nobody wants to hear: the boring stuff is where the money is. Speed. Images. Clean product data. It's not sexy. There's no dopamine in it. But it's the quiet leak that drains every campaign you run. You can't out-spend a slow store. You just lose money faster. 💸 So I wrote the whole fix down in one place. I'm calling it the Shopify Store Foundations SOP. It's the same playbook my team runs on client stores, and today it's yours, free. What's inside the SOP: ⚡ Page speed - how to actually pass Core Web Vitals (and the #1 killer most stores miss: apps) 🖼️ Images - the biggest speed lever in ecom, done right 🔍 SEO - titles, descriptions, and a clean structure Google can read 🏷️ Product data - the schema that earns rich results and more clicks 📱 Mobile - because most of your traffic is on a phone ♿ Accessibility - simple wins that help everyone Every step tells you what to do, why it matters, and how to check it worked. No fluff. No theory. Just do this, then this. Start here: run your store through PageSpeed right now. Write the number down. Open the SOP. Fix one thing. Then beat that number. Foundation first. Then you scale. The SOP is attached below. 👇 Download and open the HTML in Chrome.

Because we rarely top search terms in PMAX. Only if we notice a clear pattern. Or a competitor search term that is wasting. There are so many search terms and usually you only look at a couple of clicks per search term that makes it difficult to optimize it well. And it doesn’t drive the biggest value
First Sale... and We're Just Getting Started 🚀
Hey guys, Just got my first sale! 🎉 It came after spending $174 and honestly it's been a bit of a journey. I originally paused the campaign after the first couple of days because I started panicking. Then after following @Tulia's guidance and Chris team I decided to relaunch it instead of giving up. I just want to say thank you to everyone in this group who took the time to help me throughout the process. I really appreciate it. A few things I learned: - Don't panic when things don't work straight away. - Trust the process and give the campaign time. - Like Chris always says, having a good feed makes a huge difference because it makes optimisation much easier. For anyone wondering about the numbers - Market: USA (I switched from the UK) - Niche: Home Decor - Ad Spend: $174 - Sales: 1 ($760.20) This is only the first week, so I'm definitely not stopping here. The next focus is improving cash flow and managing the financial side so I can scale properly. I'll keep you guys updated as things progress. Thanks again everyone! 🚀

Yeah Home Decor hits different sometimes. Definitely can’t judge it after only spending a couple of bucks. But glad to see a big sale like that now 🚀💯🔥
Google Ads Conversion Tracking
I'm noticing my ads aren't tracking about 33% of my conversions. Do you know what could be the issue and how does this affect learning? Screenshot attached of something I noticed. And should I download Item ID's from the screenshot?
Google Ads Conversion Tracking
You will never track 100% in the ad account due to multiple reasons (consent, ad blocker, etc…) Everything around 70-80% would be pretty sweet. But yeah definitely doublecheck your settings
