Need everyone's help!
I'm looking for the video that Mark produced talking about using AI to research & analyze You Tube Analytics. For it to do all the background work, then provide the results in a understandable fashion for the client? If anyone remembers that video or where to retrieve; I would be very grateful> G.Vern Morris Member 1661.

As I recall it Nancy, that Mark showed a video talking about how to use AI to do all the deep dive into You Tube analytics & provide answers to a person's questions regarding what they were seeing on the graphs provided by You Tube. That's the best of what I recall. Does anyone else remember it?
Dewey & the Egg Animatic
This is the first time I've ever made an animatic. I always just go from recording to building my scenes in photoshop, and then right into animating in Cartoon Animator. I have to work so fast, I skip the animatic step and just figure it out as I go - I work out the scenes in my head as I'm writing the script, and I create the different shots as I'm animating. Honestly I don't even storyboard in the traditional sense. Sometimes I will lay out screenshots of the scenes and look through them as the audio plays to make sure it flows, but I don't make traditional storyboards. The key to my success on youtube has been the speed of my productions... every two weeks, a new long form video is posted, along with a compilation of previous videos. Anyway - here's the starting point. I decided to add the baby dino at the end, that wasn't in the original script, but I realized it could be a cute "button" for the end of the video. I'm not sure what to do next, I'll watch the rest of the week 2 videos.

Anyone interested in generating income from your AI Skills?
AI Directing and Producing is a money making skill. And in the past... @Richard Duszczak asked how much would I charge for animating. Business Skills help you make even more money if you know your customer, and your competition. Case in point: I just got offered $300 usd to create a YouTube video promoting a tool that apparently helps create animations with a beautiful pipeline that allows you to create storyboard panels, then put your scenes together. I instead offered a counter offer with massive value, and now, they are willing to pay 10X+ more than what they originally mentioned. I ofered a package for $3,200, and they agreed. Now, I am still not 100% sure if I am going to help them launch this new AI Platform because I first need to use it and have to love it to recommend it to my students. But in general, I would like to know if anyone is interested in learning business to charge more for your work, and positioning your offer in a way that the prospect customer gets excited to pay more.

I’m over 80 so I’m set where am at. You guys reach for the “Brass Ring if that’s what you are looking for”. Good luck, Dream Big that’s what Dreams are made of. Without dreams, there no GOALS.
@ MARK Diaz
My final decision on what Video Reference, I wish to work with: https://goto.higgsfield.ai/nXOODo - This is the order that I thought I would use them in, Image Generations: MidJourney, also in conjunction with Discord. Character Consistency is Dzine; PhotoPea will be the backup if needed. Voice/Lip Sync: ElevenLabs. Adobe Premiere Elements 2023 will be used for editing. All of the above are Totally FREE except the Adobe Premiere Elements 2023. I plan on uploading all of these on Wednesday afternoon of this week @ my church. If possible if you could respond with any recommended suggestion(s) I would really appreciate that you would. Mark is it possible to swap out MidJourney for Nana Banana 2 & still maintain a fairly close style of character. If so; I know that you are a big fan of Nana Banana 2. I would be willing to go with it because of all the options available. Please give me some direction & thoughts + or - in that thought process. Please advise what you would do being that I'm going with all FREE apps.
