There’s so much opportunity with new tools, but either I don’t know about them or I get overly comfortable using the same tools. something as simple as a chart that gets updated and if there are questions it can come in the chat or one of the work sessions

Full transparency, I just went to the classroom to look. 🙈 Clearly I didn’t look there 🙃 Having that is great and I think it’s better organized than looking at a big spreadsheet. What would help me is to also understand the strengths/weaknesses of each tool and why. For example, Claude vs Chat vs Gemini. I’ve been an only chat girl but today someone gave me a better understanding of why one vs the other and while using all three would be good. (Hold my hand and stretch my thinking and I’ll want to play!) These are the nuances that I’m missing. I also noticed ImagineArt wasn’t there and they’ve been great for realism. When there’s an update if we received a notifation that would be helpful. One last thing. There are platforms that house multiple tools. Are those worth it? Is is better to using tools individually? That’s all from chatty cathy :-)

I've been having quiet conversations with women inside the SHE IS AI community and there’s a shared feeling bubbling up: A tiredness. Not from the work…But from the performance of it. The pressure to be everywhere, To post every day, To keep up with an algorithm-driven pace that feels more relentless than intentional. Many of us joined newsletters, programs, communities out of genuine curiosity; we wanted to learn, grow, connect. But somewhere along the way, the volume became noise. Too many emails don’t feel generous. They feel overwhelming. And that overwhelm quietly turns into guilt: "I should read this… I’m falling behind… I’m not doing enough." That’s not what thoughtful leadership feels like. There’s something quietly powerful about a brand that shows up consistently, calmly, and respects your energy. If you’ve felt pressure to “perform” your marketing, your creativity, your growth... You’re not alone and you aren't behind! We're discerning about our energy and attention. You’re allowed to build slowly, at a pace, and on platforms that resonate with you. You are allowed to communicate clearly without being loud or performative. I completely unpluged in December. Unsubacribed to a bunch of things. I felt like I was on the hampster wheel using AI to get more done. I was mentally exhausted, and hollowed out, The beginning of the year was a slow uptake, I'm still not in a groove because I'm doubting almost everything. And I'm wanted more curated experinces and I' being very chocieful of what I'm putting out in the world. Less is more.
