@Jake Hill but there are still people who read book... just for fun... so when I'm writing, it's not just for myself. It's for the entertainment of those who would read my book. I get what you're saying about taking what you're given in the moment. Over the past several days I've done 11 one-to-one strategy calls with other community owners to help them with strategies for their groups. I really wanted to be prepared, I wanted to come with something to give to them. But with so many calls there just wasn't time. So I came with just a few questions. And what amazed me was how I was able to come up with so many ideas and solutions on the spot. I thought for sure, I'd be stuck but instead for every call I was able to custom tailor real strategies and ideas in the moment. I've seen others do it and was always amazed. But to do it myself in real time... there was a feeling when I was in the flow that I can't describe. I wonder if that's how other people feel too when they get in the flow... even those who are doing the rap battles.

@Jake Hill my writing is definitely not for learning... it's more of the fun kind of book 🀣 My coach that I've been with for almost the past year talked about flow state alot... I never realized that's what it was!! That's so AWESOME! Tai Chi that would help me get into that again... now THAT is a good reason to learn it
Do you have a "Ritual"? πŸ“Ώ
Here Adam Chan shares some good tips on rituals to help you escape the rat race so that you can move toward health and well-being instead of stress and anxiety. Do you have/do something that helps you get in the zone? πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ Share with the class. πŸ™

@Jake Hill I'm the same, I won't watch or read things that don't speak to me. It has to capture my interest and pull me in... otherwise I just move on

May the 4th (Be With You) ☯️
The Force was based on the Tao (Dao). So if you don't understand what the Tao is all about... Think of the Force. Who's watching some Star Wars today? What's your favorite movie, show, game, or character? ENJOY. πŸ™

Have you been to Tennessee?
"Take me to another place..." "Take me to another land..." Another True Hip-Hop CLASSIC. πŸ˜ŽπŸ™

@Jake Hill the song was relatable... it's not just that he was in love with another woman... it was the whole idea being in love with where your roots are.

One or One Thousand πŸŒ€
Help one person a lot... Or help one thousand people a little... But then... That one person might help one and so on... Until one thousand have been helped. Or that "little bit" you helped one thousand... May turn out to be a lot bigger than anyone thought. I think we've all heard people talk about mentors that have had a huge impact on them (which would be the first category)... But we've also heard people talk about how one small thing changed everything. You are making an impact on someone whether you know it or not... For better or for worse. πŸ’― If you can do more, do more... But also don't underestimate how a tiny seed can become an entire ecosystem.🌞 Don't forget that you have to fill your cup before you can pour into others... And in the process empty your cup so that you have room to receive more. Here is one of my favorite Ted Talks that I've shared many times. I'm not sure if it has made its way to you yet. One Love. πŸ™

@Jake Hill oooooohhhhhhh so now you think I'm secretly insulting you behind your back.... mmmmhhhhmmm???? 🀣🀣 But I get what you're saying... a lot of people use "unique" to avoid telling someone they're weird... that's snake oil dressed up as medicine. LOL It's just that conversations with you are ...well, unique. We can be talking about one topic when you suddenly flip the whole conversation on it's head and go into a whole middle eastern philosophical discourse, then start playing devil's advocate, toss in some light teasing and a few jokes, and then go back to the original discussion. I mean sure, I guess I can see how in a real life conversation that would make a person's head spin! 🀣 Nowadays people call that being "multi-passionate"... another fancy word that just means you have a lot of things you're interested in and you enjoy focusing on them all at once! I have the same problem... and I think that whatever the opposite of "multi-passionate" is... is boring! And maybe I'd have a difficult time keeping up with your train of thought in real life... but it would be more fun, because i would just call you out more often... "like dude, seriously... what are you going on about!!!" 🀣🀣🀣

@Jake Hill so real snake oil is a good thing, but fake snake oil is a bad thing... got it! You might be right about it being easier to follow a conversation with you IRL or at least where we're both talking in real time... we'd at least be having one single coherent conversation in real time... instead of something 7-8 separate fragmented conversations that seem to somehow converge into one but all in separate places! 🀣
