Claude Just Dropped Live Artifacts ⚡︎
You ask Claude to build a dashboard, a tracker, or a report — and it creates a live interactive page inside your workspace that you can reopen any time. Instead of a one-time answer, it continues to pull live data. Here is why this is so useful: if your data lives in an external tool, a property management platform, a CRM, Google Spreadsheet or Excel file, and that tool has an MCP connector, Claude can access that data directly. An MCP connector is essentially a bridge that lets Claude talk to the tools you already use, meaning the data in your Live Artifact updates straight from the source. You're no longer logging into multiple portals and copying numbers by hand. This is my Airbnb portfolio dashboard. Revenue, occupancy, bookings, platform split, month-over-month comparison, all in one place. The data pulls from my property management platform (Hospitable). Instead of bouncing between platforms, you can now view whats important to you without leaving Claude. 𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁: - Your pipeline from your CRM. - Custom databases from Notion. - Website traffic from your analytics tool. - Social media metrics from your tracking platforms. - Annual and quarterly goal progress from your tracking dashboards. - Team task completion from your project management system. - Financial metrics from your accounting software. Anything you currently log into somewhere to check—if that tool has an MCP connector (just ask AI if it does), it can live in one dashboard you build once. MCP connectors already exist for most major tools like Google Sheets, Notion, HubSpot, and others, and setup takes a few minutes inside Claude's settings. Build the view once. Let it pull the data. Stop logging in everywhere. What is the first dashboard you’d want to build to stop checking three different tabs? Drop your ideas, or better yet, drop a screenshot of the Live Artifact you build in the comments below so we can all share different ways to use this.

@Dalesse Bowles Exactly. Streamlining scattered data is one of the best use cases. I’d start simple: 1. Connect the main data source first. Usually Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, and then Zapier if the tool you are looking for doesn't connect directly. (Click customization then connectors) 2. Then ask Claude something like: “Create a live artifact that shows me the monthly numbers I care about most from this spreadsheet. Focus on revenue, expenses, and the 3 things I should look at first each week.” The key is not trying to connect everything on day one. Start with one spreadsheet, one dashboard, or one business question.

GPT-5.5 dropped. Here's what changed and why I'm still 90% Claude.
GPT-5.5 is here. It’s faster, the context window is massive, and it’s undeniably smarter. But there's a massive difference between a "smarter brain" and a "better operator." But the biggest update for us isn't the speed—it's that OpenAI finally released an answer to Claude's workflow systems: ChatGPT Skills. Here is what you need to know: - What they are: Reusable, shareable workflows packaged as instructions, examples, and code. - The "Always-On" Advantage: Unlike Custom GPTs where you have to switch into a specific "bot," Skills run in the background. ChatGPT can automatically trigger a relevant SOP mid-conversation the second it recognizes the task. So, if ChatGPT now has Skills, why am I still running almost everything on Claude? It comes down to this: ChatGPT is more like a smart friend. Claude is an elite team member. ChatGPT is the smartest person in the room. It’s incredible for high-level strategy, bouncing ideas around, or untangling a messy problem. But when the conversation ends, you still have to go do the work. Claude is a relentless operator. When I trigger a workflow from the Customization toolbox, buyer consultations, neighborhood breakdowns, follow-up sequences—Claude doesn't just give me advice. It actually executes the work. It runs the SOP, formats the output perfectly, and anticipates the next step in the system without needing to be micromanaged. ChatGPT excels at strategic thinking. Claude excels at strategic execution. Both have a place in your stack. But if you're trying to scale your business with AI and actually buy back your time, you don't just need more ideas. You need a team member that gets the work done.

Welcome @Dana Carter
Used: PROMPT 4: SELLER WEEKLY UPDATE GENERATOR
I used, with slight modifications, Prompt #4 from the 7 Prompts for Quick Wins in the course. I didn't limit this as I was going for more of an executive brief. Normally this would take me well over an hour. I uploaded 10 active comps, asked for an analysis and told it to include some key data points. Modified and personalized in about 30 minutes. If you care, I attached it here. Good Stuff!

This is an awesome win Brian! 👏🏽 Sellers rank communication as a top factor in the quality of their experience because it directly affects trust, and expectations. Enjoy the repeat / referral business you earn from stuff like this ✌🏽
