I have the toe cut looking pretty well blended. Patience is a virtue... Four passes with an oxblood alcohol ratio of 4 to 1 and two passes with a 4 to 1 alcohol to chocolate ratio. . ..

$70 on Poshmark another project Priceless
Iâve been searching for another project pair of shoes. I recently saw @John C got a great pair of project shoes and did a great job! I had been in a drought looking for a good pair to try. I finally found a pair on poshmark. They were asking $140 for these suede Ferragamoâs. These are their high end Tramezzaâs which can be close to $1000 pair. I ended up getting them for $70!! Oven been doing a few suede restorations of my own shoes and think these will be a great pair to add to my collection when theyâre done!! Just goes to show there are deals to be had for quality shoes and a little elbow grease!! Stay tuned! đ

Custom suit advice
Hello distinguished gentlemen, I have bought a new custom suit. Let me know if the there is anything that in your opinion needs to be altered and I will compare everyone's notes with what the tailor is doing. I am going for a classic and timeless look. Want to look as good in my suit as @Antonio Centeno looks in his suits đ.

@Christopher Trujillo that's one of the most glaring. Depending on how much you want to spend - others have offered a good analysis and suggestions for sure. 1. The Shoulder & Scye (Armhole) The jacket features a structured, roped shoulder. However, there is a visible "shoulder divot"âa hollow indentation just below the sleeve head. â2. The Torso & Balance The current silhouette is a little "boxy." On a DB jacket, you want waist suppression to create a subtle "V" shape without causing the lapels to "pop" or bow outward. Also, there is excess fabric through the midsection. Looking at the mirror reflection, the front balance is slightly off â3. The Sleeve & Pitch The sleeves look 1 to 1.5 inches too long. They are currently reaching the base of the thumb, completely obscuring the shirt cuff. To adhere to the "half-inch rule," the sleeve should be shortened. Additionally, there is some "spiraling" of fabric near the elbow, suggesting the sleeve pitch (the angle of attachment) needs a minor rotation to match your natural arm position. â4. Previously mentioned: The Trouser & Break â5. Drape & Silhouette The back view in the mirror reveals some horizontal tension lines across the shoulder blades, contrasting with the roominess in the front. This indicates the back is slightly tight while the chest is generousâa common issue for men with an athletic build

Bontoni project Update 2
1. 8 hours stripping with Saphir Reno'Mat. The base is Olive.... (Luxury ateliers often begin with olive-tanned (olive-toned crust leather) before applying a patina because it provides the best chromatic control, depth potential, and aging behavior). 2. Filled the cut with Angelus leather filler. 3. Than applied a pass of 5 to 1 ratio of Angelus Oxblood... unfortunately, the dye was absorbing into the cut. I re-applied filler and now will let the dye set. Next steps: 4.I'm thinking I will do an alcohol wipe to slightly lighten up the oxblood undertones 5. Will be a 4 to 1 pass of chocolate
