Kicking ass. I might not have been perfect on the 1hr morning no phone, cuz I sent a WhatsApp message first thing then meditated. This for me is about staying in integrity. Guessing I'm toast?

Was not able to complete the meditation, my life has been out of control. Committed to being stellar on this program. Committing to meditating an hour tonight before bed, I love doing it, I have a lot of stagnant energy to purge from my body. Love this group, thanks for the support my G's.

Buenas dias gentlemen. Such. a. powerful. call. last. night. It was an honor to hear what all of you were put on this Earth to do, and what fires you up. I know week 1 can be tough, but proud of you guys for checking in daily and doing the work. Important point: These Sunday calls are required. This was indicated at the beginning of this program. The exceptions are if there is an emergency, or you truly planned something with fam/friends awhile back and can't change. If that is the case with something planned, the standard moving forward is you must let me know at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting! We had one person, i won't name names, but when I texted him with the zoom link for the evening's meeting, he said "hey bro, I can't make it" 3 hours before. & when I asked why, he said he had plans with friends without any context. That is unacceptable within this program. I may seem tough here, but I have all of your results in mind with this. The ONLY way for this to truly work for you, is to come together with the 11 other peeps once a week to connect and share wins/challenges so we can support you. Now, that being said, we want to accomodate you and humbly completely open to feedback! Would there be a better time for Sunday call for you guys? I understand that 5pm is kind of awkward. Commitments ☑️ life good ☑️ Reflection: Rebellious desires have been more frequent, meditations helpful, identity strong, integrity strong. Having to feel many more emotions that were previously numbed by substances - experiencing these profound emotions as neutral has been an interesting process. I'm doing alright. 🙏

Enjoy life gentlemen. I’m sure this weekend will bring you more joy than ever before. More presence, connection and love. This work doesn’t just help your productivity, it helps your level of depth as a person. People will recognize the lightness, increased joy within you. Now… Be sure to remain in integrity. Main thing id recommend is get your disciplines and commitment taken care of before evening. Then the last thing you need done is the hour before bed no phone. Simply post either before you go out or right before you put the phone away for the night. Remember - you CAN use your phone if you absolutely need to (eg: using Maps to get home). We don’t want you to become Amish, we want to help you to not be stuck by your phone. So don’t be stupid but also remain in integrity lol. Have fun! Any questions for clarification post below. 👇
