ULEZ
Hi Folks, despite being on autopay I have a ULEZ charge. I have read the comments etc. I noticed on this new charge the warnings if the charge is not paid. This looks like threats and coercion. Any thoughts welcome.

@Millie Winston - Well done Millie, i did pay one using a negotiable instrument. So as they done me going both ways one day after another, they are a bit stumped, lol.

Well for the first time in about 10 years i had to drive to London with my Daughter and Granson and i booked a hotel on South Wimbledon to make sure i avoided the congestion charge. However my legal entity Fictional person name has received a PCN from Transport for London for that ULEZ baloney, lol. So that is going back unopened with no contract, return to sender on it. Plus obviously the D.V.L.A have sold my date to Transport for London with out my consent. So now i can go after the D.V.LA for breeching the GDPR(UK), Lol

Hi Everyone just a quick update. I finally had a reply from the Traffic Enforcement dick heads. Who would not confirm or deny that the paper work i sent them that alleged to be a court order was or wasn't a bona fides document. You really couldn't make this up could you. However as i have told you i also informed CDER Group that i was doing this and since then i have not heard a peep out of them and of course no one has gotten a single penny out of me. :-).

Yes I know, Ali and Melanie but it is a step in the right direction, of course the irony is that we would all be classed at Luddites, :-). But i would rather be a Luddite than a Jobs Worth any day, :-).
