Meditating with these fun & interesting people is so rewarding. What a gift it is that I get to hold the space for their enlightening moments and fully embodied experiences. I am so grateful to have earned their trust and vulnerability. A decade ago I would have never thought that my path was meant to be teaching people how to meditate so that it really works for them or expand our brains and regulate our nervous systems together. I definitely wouldn't have guessed that I would end up teaching them how to do shadow work or boost their psychic aptitude or doing sound weaving for them, either. What a wild life this is. There are horrible things happening every day that I feel like I can do little to really make a difference with. But with my community I get to share these subjects that I am deeply passionate about and make a difference in their lives. Self actualization and nervous system regulation might not be terribly exciting alone and they may not fix the problems in the world directly, but they do help how we relate to them and that's incredibly important, too. Sacred spaces of safety and comfort belong to everyone who seeks them. This is a birthright of humanity. I am so lucky that I get to help people experience that. 💜🧭💜
