Whole-body wellness means recognizing that everything in your health is connected. Your thoughts influence your habits. Your stress affects your energy. Your sleep impacts your cravings. Your emotions affect your consistency. When one area of wellness is out of balance, it often begins to affect the others. Think of it like a car with tires out of alignment. It still moves forward, but the ride becomes rough and inefficient. That’s why our wellness approach focuses on supporting the mind and body together. Today, take a moment to check in with yourself. Lately, I’ve been trying to start each morning with a positive statement to help set the tone for my day. What we say to ourselves matters. Our thoughts shape how we feel about ourselves and how we experience the environment around us. I’ve been working hard to shift my thinking to be more positive. Not because I’m not a positive person, but because let’s be honest — it’s hard to stay positive every single second of the day. Life happens, stress happens, emotions happen. But not being positive all the time doesn’t mean we can’t keep reaching for it. It means we keep practicing. We keep redirecting our thoughts. We keep reminding ourselves of what is good, what is possible, and what we are capable of.🙂

I'm grateful that I GET to do what I love. Sometimes we say things like “I have to go to work,” “I have to do this,” or “I have to deal with that.” But what if we changed our wording to “I get to…” For one week, try adding the words “I get to…” in front of the things you do each day and notice how it changes your perspective. - I get to go to work - I get to take care of my family My personal example is: I get to be the therapist I always wanted to be, and I get to go to work, - not that I have to go to work. Sometimes a small change in wording can create a big change in how we feel. Stay Grateful 💗

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is one of the main approaches I use in my sessions. This type of therapy is based on the idea that our thoughts influence how we feel, our feelings influence our behaviors, and our behaviors shape the situations and patterns in our lives. When we learn to change unhelpful thoughts, we can begin to change how we feel and respond, which can lead to healthier outcomes in everyday life.
